Objectives of the Position
- Drive technical activities that support business objectives by ensuring customer requirements for reliable, high-quality performance products that met industry standard, safely, cost-effectively and on time.
- Provide timely technical solutions, troubleshooting support, and product sample that meet customer requirements and project timelines.
How You Will Do It
- Executes and achieve trial (new product introduction) and troubleshooting requests.
- Provide efficient technical service to customer, taking the lead in the polyurethanes especially applications of Conti-panel, Disconti-panel for Rigid foam Construction China.
- Communicates and documents (internal and externally) all processing technologies/trends.
- Initiate New Article registration and ensure BOM’s consistence.
- Supports evaluation of alternative raw materials.
- Documentation of all opportunities in salesforce.
- Documentation of customer machine data ,processing guide , trials and troubleshooting in central platform.
- Follows up development of new customers, applications and relevant processing technologies.
- Collects market information (competitors, customers, regulations, etc.).
- Ensures compliance to EHS requirements in labs & customer’s site.
- Supports build up regional technical capability and fosters expertise exchange between countries and segments.
