Job Responsibilities：

Design best line configuration for products, leading line configuration for yearly CT target achievement.

Leading line balance activity (high runner change, machine parameter optimization in daily production) through AI solutions.

Focus on high performance line stable output, by timely visualizing performance loss through AI solutions.

Work loading analysis and standard HC reduction for direct productivity improvement.
-
Standardized work (PQI and Stab) and continuous improvement.
-
QCO time reduction and standard documentation.
-
BP and 1A routing related work.
-
HC and OT planning.
-
Attandance management.
-
Digital transformation project for data visualization, process simplification and efficiency improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree
-
1~2 years of IE work experience
