About the Team
We are Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS), this position is from the central team covering different electromechanical products in all systems of CVS and is mainly working with local integrated suppliers for deep localization projects.
What you can look forward to as an Electromechanical Engineer-Sensor:
Leading a multi-domain project team through all project phases, from first idea to series production
Ensure planning and execution of all engineering related tasks along the ZF-CVCS product development process (design, validation, FMEA, Design to Cost, gate reviews, roadmaps, …)
Responsible for meeting project goals in terms of time, cost and quality
Define the validation plan including EMC test, review and approve the test result
Problem solving for design review, test failure, field claim
Joint development with integrated supplier for detail structure, electrical circuit, and layout design
Working out the sensor (active & inductive position, speed, pressure, etc,) localization roadmap with S&P, Quality team
Other tasks arranged by line manager
Your Profile as an Electromechanical Engineer-Sensor:
Degree in electromechanics, electrical, control engineering, especially with focus on automotive engineering, mechatronics
Solid experience in at least one of sensor technology: Active Postion, Speed Sensor, Pressure Sensor, Angular Sensor, etc.
Familiar with IC chip of sensor specification and supplier
Experience in EMC design, test and trouble shooting
Familiar with sensor validation, production process, EOL test
Good command in English (written and verbal)
Beneficial is knowledge in analog and digital circuit design, MCU interface, signal processing
