Education Background/ Major
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering, electronics or semiconductors;
Experience(Must)
At least 4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.
Knowledge(Ideal)
l Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.);
l Familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products;
Abilities/Qualities
l Proficient in using office software;
l Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
l Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why and other quality tools;
l Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP.
Skills/Certifications
l Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills;
l Market and customer communication skills;
