- Significant experience in data, analytics, intelligence and/or digital roles, with strong exposure to business-facing data delivery.
- Proven ability to bridge business and technology, translating complex data concepts into clear, business-ready decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior commercial, marketing, or functional leaders.
- Demonstrated experience managing demand, prioritisation and value delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Solid understanding of data, analytics and intelligence capabilities (e.g. BI, advanced analytics, AI‑enabled intelligence, data governance).
- Highly structured and outcome-focused, with experience in governance, benefits tracking and delivery management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, simplify and reframe as needed.
- Background in consumer products or consumer healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with enterprise data governance, stewardship and information architecture concepts.
- Experience working with global or multi‑market teams across time zones.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery in ambiguous, evolving environments.
