Analyze region selling status and generate monthly business review report, which indicates volume trend, by city by brand analysis, etc.

Dig out the reasons behind and raise up business suggestion to RSM, RSM will help on this part;
Daily Panel report summary

Send out panel report to Field team to make sure field team could sense problems on time and resolve product shortage, freshness issue, etc.
Distribution analysis and tracking

Analyze distribution result Vs company standard and share with KA and field

Monitor to improve the distribution by city by banner by brand;
Master table

Maintain master table & update the latest information to Sales Operation Team to ensure distributors’ information in line with company system;
Coverage & HC plan

Follow company’s guideline of coverage and monitor the call optimisation

Optimize the HC plan to match the city/area/region development
