The Ryan JV HR Manager is a key site HR leadership role supporting the next phase of JV business growth and organization capability building. This role is responsible for strengthening critical talent supply, stabilizing core organization capability, and enabling effective collaboration across local teams and JV stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead critical talent acquisition and workforce capability building initiatives.
- Build sustainable manufacturing talent pipelines and frontline leadership capability.
- Drive organization stability and key talent retention initiatives.
- Act as trusted HR partner to site leadership team.
- Support collaboration between local teams and Eaton expatriate leadership.
- Lead site HR team and ensure effective HR operations.
- Drive employee relations, talent management and performance management processes.
- Support organization growth and change management initiatives.
