信息技术专员负责给实验室或其它指定的区域提供服务,负责IT解决方案的计划,发展和执行,支持工厂的业务目标。这一职位需要确保IT的解决方案和设备符合公司以及相关法规方面的质量保证和资产保护的要求。
主要职能:
以下职能包括支持礼来苏州工厂
- 业务支持/客户管理
- 了解所属区域的业务流程,理解IT解决方案对于业务部门的价值。
- 了解所属区域的目标,目的和商务策略。
- 与所属的行业人员工作紧密切合,建立友好的工作关系。
- 确定目标以及设计IT项目和服务,促进及支持该项目。
- 保持与其他工厂同等职位的同事和全球团队的紧密合作以确保复制他们的最佳实践并和他们分享经验
- 项目管理
- 参与到IT或业务部门的项目中,有效地实施IT解决方案。
- 制定项目计划,并高质量的按项目执行。
- 管理好已有资源, 包含预算。
- 服务管理
- 提供所属业务部门的IT技术支持,统计分析日常支持的问题,提高日常支持效率。
- 团队成员之间分享知识和经验,实现跨业务区域支持。
- 分析和提高计算机系统以满足业务需要。
- 计算机系统质量标准
- 根据GMP以及计算机系统质量标准政策及操作规程, 领导对分配的IT项目验证工作。
- 撰写验证文件,确保高质量的计算机系统。
- 协助团队成员完成计算机系统验证工作,收集整理验证文件模板,确保团队验证交付的一致性。
基本要求:
- 计算机, 信息工程, 化学或药学本科或以上学历优先
- 三年以上生产或实验室IT系统管理经验,参与或管理过IT系统项目
- 有在制药行业工作或软件开发, 质量控制的经验
- 有计算机系统验证过程和系统开发生命周期方面的知识
- 中英文语言和书写的良好沟通技能
- 有实验室系统实施和工作经验的优先
- 有自动化经验(PLC,SCADA, BCS等)或者MES的优先
- 良好的自我激励和时间管理技巧
