Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for/to the below in the assigned APAC countries:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll in compliance with our global standards.

Calculate payroll and benefit for all staff.

Reconcile payroll records to PX records and other supporting documentation to ensure accurate and compliant employee payroll.

Assistant payroll projects basis on the business needs.
75% Payroll Processing & Operation
- Responsible for Hong Kong, Macao, and Indonesia payroll data collection from different teams and channels.
- Responsible for monthly retail attendance and bonus processing and review with Retail Operation.
- Conduct payroll calculation validation, including payments, T&A, IIT and social benefits.
- Prepare payroll report package for manager review and approval.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements at all levels.
- Coordinate the payroll payment and accounting booking with Accounting team.
- Work closely with PX, Global Mobility, Treasury, and Tax Vendors to ensure on time and high accuracy payroll processing and IIT filing.
- Resolve payroll queries from employees.
- Maintain payroll operation SOP.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests related to payroll.
15% System Maintenances
- Responsible for employee T&A system (Kronos)
- Work with system support team and IT to resolve issues.
- Work closely with business teams to understand their requirements and give them professional guidance.
10% Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in payroll related projects.
- Other tasks assigned by payroll manager.
