Job Summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an [Logistics Manager] located in [Shanghai Waigaoqiao].
Reporting to the Senior Customs Logistic Manager, the Import & Export Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end import and export activities, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, and enabling efficient, cost-effective cross-border movement of goods. The role partners closely with logistics, supply chain, finance, and compliance teams to support business growth and operational excellence.
What a typical day looks like:

Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including trade documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with logistics service providers.

Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, export control requirements, and internal compliance policies.

Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and relevant government authorities.

Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact; provide risk mitigation recommendations.

Partner with logistics, procurement, finance, tax, and legal teams on trade-related topics.

Develop and maintain SOPs, shipping processes, and internal control frameworks.

Track and analyze import/export KPIs, including shipping lead time and freight costs.

Provide training and guidance on trade compliance and procedures.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in import/export operations and global trade compliance.

Strong knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, tariff classification, and export controls.

Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
