Job Description
一、 核心知识维度(硬技能)1. 空间与设施管理专业知识空间管理:掌握公司空间管理的制度,原则和标准,确保各项工作按流程执行。
设施管理基础: 熟悉办公家具等基础设施的管理流程;了解了解工位标准、动线设计、空间利用率相关设施规范要求
2. 技术工具与数据分析能力空间管理软件:了解空间库存、规划和需求管理。有空间管理软件使用经验更佳。
CAD基础操作:能熟练使用CAD做简单的平面布局。能与设计师或供应商进行基于图纸的有效沟通,并能进行简单的图纸修改。
数据分析与可视化: 能利用Excel、Power BI或软件内置工具,分析空间使用率、密度、成本等数据,并制作图表报告,用数据驱动决策。
3. 项目管理能力项目规划与执行: 能够领导或支持公司内部各类型空间改造、搬迁等项目,管理时间、预算和供应商。
变更管理: 理解并能够管理因空间调整带来的员工变化,制定清晰的沟通和过渡计划。
二、 核心能力维度(软技能)1. 卓越的沟通与协调能力向上沟通: 能向管理层清晰阐述空间策略、投资回报和风险。
横向沟通: 与IT、人力资源、财务、行政、采购等多个部门高效协作,理解其需求。
对下沟通: 清晰、同理地向员工解释空间政策、调整方案,并有效收集反馈。
2. 强大的解决问题,协调能力及多任务处理能力。 空间冲突(如团队争抢会议室)、突发故障、紧急需求等都需要快速、冷静地应对。
能同时处理日常运营、长期项目和突发请求,做好优先级判断。
协调供应商以及其他职能部门,跟进员工需求且及时处理并解决问题。
3.以用户为中心的服务意识
深刻理解空间最终服务于“人”和“工作方式”。能平衡公司政策、成本控制与员工的幸福感、生产力和协作需求。
具备同理心,能从员工视角思考空间体验。
严格执行客户及JLL的规章制度和所有流程,包括但不限于:SOP、规范、政策等;
Required 岗位要求具有空间管理软件使用经验更佳。
在敏捷办公、混合办公模式方面有实践经验, 参与过与公司大型装修及搬家项目。
大专以上学历
Key Performance Measure 业绩评估工作质量:数据、记录、报告无差错;
工作数量:完成全部工作任务;
制度执行:100%合规、100%按流程执行;
客户满意度:全年4.6以上投诉≤2次;
