The job will be responsible for translating customer requirements to design tasks that can be practically manufactured with the first-class craftsmanship process and can be easily realized in manufacturing line. This engineer will participate in all phases of Philips Ultrasound Shanghai transducers development process from feasibility, AD design, implementation, and testing (verification and validation). Work closely with other engineering team members to plan, design, review, implementation, testing, and deliver results on time to meet the customer requirements. Specifically, the job responsibilities include:
Works as a key technical contributor in design and development of Philips Ultrasound Shanghai transducers working with R&D and other functional team members, translating commercial, functional and technical design specifications into technical concepts on appliance level that can be practically realized.
Develop new or state-of-art technics/technologies to build Philips Ultrasound Shanghai transducers in manufacturing line;
Works with senor engineering staff for sound judgment and making decisions.
Pro-actively seeks out, learns, applies and shares with others new technical skills on an ongoing basis.
Good understanding of and can lead the team to follow product/transducer creation processes, development phases, deliverables, and phase reviews processes
Responsible for the assigned tasks’ quality of work, reliability, schedule, cost and completion of tasks on one or more modules.
Deliver quality results in assignments.
