Responsibility：
- Lead local engineering competence up
- Lead Project Engineering (including enginging development issue, vehicle building issue, DV/PV report,etc)
- Establish good engineering communication channel with customer
- Successful execution of all tasks fo engineering development, design and cost improvement within thescope of time, quality
- Support PM and function engineering team to fulfill milestones ( project milestone, Customer delivery)
- Lead new RFQ engineering tasks.
Requirement：
- Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering
- More than 15 years experience in R-EPS design
- Excellent English language skills
- People with domestic OEM project development experience will be preferred
