- Planning & managing prouct & process quality
- Supporting product quality control on design
- Plannig & document product & process quality from design to mass production including FAI, control plan, PPAP etc.
- Manage non-conformance material
- Continue improving actives including reduceing scrap,improving yield etc..
- Customer quality service
- Communicate with customer for routine quality issues
- Submit customer PPAP
- Handling and follow up customer complain
- Other work leader assigned
- Bachelor degree or above major
- Minimum above 3 years of work experience in quality , engineering or in the same or related industries
- Knows the basic concepts of problem solving and analytical/ statistical techniques, including 8D; Six Sigma; problem definition; basic data collection – pareto, histogram, scatter plot; brainstorming; 5-why’s; fishbone; cause-effect; error proofing; Variation Analysis, SPC, MSA, DOE,
- Advanced on Quality Management System on IATF16949,ISO9001,VDA6.3.
- Good communication skill of English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking
- Good team work and strong team driver for product, process and system improvement
