Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Brand AI Capability Manager to drive AI‑enabled ways of working across Media, Content, Social, and Go‑To‑Market (GTM) domains, translating business needs into scalable and compliant solutions.

Define and evolve AI‑enabled brand and marketing capabilities across content systems, GTM, and execution.

Own the piloting and scaling of AI / MarTech solutions, from idea to deployment and adoption.

Translate brand and marketing needs into scalable processes, tools, and playbooks.

Act as a bridge between Marketing, Brand, Product, and Data / IT teams, ensuring alignment with architecture, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.

Influence cross‑functional teams and partners to deliver initiatives in matrixed environments.

Deliver as a strong individual contributor with project leadership responsibility.
Job Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Brand, Digital Marketing, GTM, Media, MarTech, or AI‑enabled digital transformation.

Proven delivery experience across Content, Social, GTM, and brand execution or operational compliance.

Experience running pilots of process or capability transformation, with exposure to scaling, is a plus.

High learning agility with strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.

Fluent in English and Mandarin.
