【工作内容】
- 负责区域内健臻血糖管理系统在医院的部署工作，包括前期技术支持、与医院三方平台进行接口对接、服务器硬件安装、系统环境配置及部署、网络调试等；
- 配合销售团队完成健臻血糖管理系统的临床投放使用及操作培训支持工作，确保系统顺利上线并稳定运行；
- 对已部署的血糖系统进行日常维护及故障处理，保障系统的高效、安全运行；
- 支持销售团队开展客户拜访工作，收集并汇总客户对系统的意见或建议，及时反馈至相关部门；
- 在招标等环节中提供技术参数介绍、功能演示等支持，协助销售团队提升项目中标率；
- 持续关注客户需求及市场竞品动态，采集相关产品信息并形成分析报告，为产品优化提供参考。
【任职要求】
- 大专及以上学历，主修软件工程、计算机科学与技术、信息管理与信息系统、医学信息工程或系统集成等相关专业；
- 具备2年及以上医院信息科或药械领域公司信息化相关工作经验，有医院信息化项目实际落地经验者优先；
- 熟悉C++、Java等主流编程语言，掌握Oracle、MySQL等主流数据库的使用与管理；
- 熟练操作Windows服务器系统，具备中间件（如IIS、Nginx、Tomcat）的配置与管理能力；
- 熟悉计算机网络原理，能够独立完成组网及常见网络设备故障排查；
- 掌握Postman、SoapUI等接口调试工具，具备良好的办公软件（Office）使用能力；
- 能够接受中频次短期出差，具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力；
- 有较强的责任心和自驱力，能够在长期系统维护工作中保持积极态度，及时响应客户需求；
- 具备糖尿病相关知识背景者优先，有助于快速理解系统功能逻辑并提升客户沟通效率。
