The Senior Regional CMI Manager Manager is responsible for the collection and sharing of consumer insights, Beauty, Laundry & home care, professional beauty trends, syndicated research data, analytics, and shopper insights for all brands in APAC.
- He/ She organizes monthly trends sharing, quarterly external partners’ sharing and yearly ideation workshop.
- He/ She participates into the transformation of the organization by setting up and by leading a new regional market data hub in order to enable consumer-centric, disruptive, innovations together with internal and external partners in APAC.
- He/ She brings an expertise on market research methodologies in collaboration with category teams and market research institutes. The key measurable for this role is the ability to help build up the business in terms of innovation success, new consumer acquisition, value sales, shares gains, and profitability.
- Set up a new Regional market data hub, internal and external partners.

Lead Beauty, Laundry & Homecare, Professional Beauty consumer insights and trends generation for all categories in alignment with yearly category priorities. Leverage all trends and insights touchpoints, (Trends platforms, E-Com platforms, Market Researches, External Fragrance, Raw, Pack Partners, Syndicated Data providers) to deliver inspiring brand ideas, new product propositions, effective packaging, formula innovation and world class advertising.

Inspire markets via a monthly trends and insights report and lead a regional quarterly Partners & Data days with OEM, ODM partners, Fragrance houses, Design Agencies, Panel data and Online data providers.

Lead a yearly Regional Ideation workshop across all APAC markets in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Provides an expert view and recommendation on fitting market research methodologies in partnership with category teams and market research institutes.

- Min 7 years’ experience in Consumer Market Insight positions or Trends Sourcing positions on brand or agency side.

Min 5 years’ experience in Consumer industry preferably within Beauty, Fragrance, Laundry & home care with deep understanding of APAC beauty insights.

Strong experience with various Market research methodologies and exposure to Trends platforms, Trends agencies, E-Com platforms, Market Research institutes, External Fragrance/Raw/Pack partners as well as Syndicated Data providers.

Strong Project Management skills to lead cross-functional, cross-country projects.

Experience in Marketing data hub.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with functional teams and external partners.

Ability to closely manage timelines and handle multiple projects required.

Proven results in leading and developing teams.

Entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset a must.

Preferred industries: MNC CPG beauty/personal care/Laundry & homecare, Fragrance houses, Trends agencies, Market Research Institutes, Communications agencies (insights and strategic planning).
