公共区域的电力,空调系统的正常运行。
岗位具体内容:
检查(验收)设备的运行情况,报告运行故障和报修结果;
协调设备供应商的现场整改工作;
根据设备的维护保养计划,进行日常的操作和维护,组织并协调,监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作;
设备系统的运行记录、维修保养记录、设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作。
