Overview:
Be responsible for Agro accounting, financial statements and internal control.

Support the Agro accounting/closing to ensure compliance of both Corporate and Local Policies

Ensure business compliance with Statutory, Legal and Taxation requirements, PepsiCo corporate and local business policies & procedures, and ethical business practices.
Responsibilities:
- Verify the payment request before send to IBM, and act as Agro contact with IBM

Spare parts aging analysis, inventory report

Daily operation support (include policy updated, internal control process etc.)

Contact with tax bureau and ensure business comply with local tax bureau

Coordinate with IBM on all payments

Support Agro accounting supervisor on Agro MOH related Analysis & CWIP Analysis and MEC.

Potato/Sugarcane/Corn/Oats cost calculation

Issue the potato invoice manually

Conduct Agro internal audit on processes in self farms (Fertilizer/Chemical/Spare parts) at least twice per project on a yearly basis

Stock take twice a year

Other ad hoc tasks per Agro business needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

At least 3-4 years of proven experience in a finance function in a FMCG/Food industry

At least 1 year costing experience

Knowledge in US and China GAAP and local tax

Familiar with ERP system, Oracle & SAP is preferred

Independent, good interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft, especially Excel

Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is mandatory
