Location: Dalian What this job involves· Daily system admin for master data management in financial system
- Work with the requesters if data/information is unclear/missing
- Strictly follow SLA and checking points to complete the requests
- Priority the urgent requests to meet business requirements
- Ensuring requests comply with both internal and external policies
- Resolve inquiries related to the financial system data and setup process
- Coordinate higher level of approvers on the system setup/change requests
Archive all related documentation for audit purposes
Work with other teams to support system tests, changes, or upgrade
- Assisting with other ad-hoc work as required.
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualificationsDesired experience and technical skillsRequired· 2-5 years of financial work experience
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to manage workload to meet SLA
- Solid Microsoft skills especially in Excel
- Must be able to ‘own’ responsibilities and processes.
- Be positive, careful, and patient in daily work, strongly in teamwork
PreferredBachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting
Financial system data setup/review or process control working experience is a plus
- Availability to learn and get new skills in self-learning
