Modify incumbent product formula by understanding the market needs and customer requirements

Be regulatory compliant and implement regulatory compliance concept in raw material management

Serve as a team member to provide technical assistance to the product development, quality control, manufacturing processes and other operations.

Review and write reports and documents detailing project processes, results and conclusions.

Operate, clean, and calibrate all form of equipment that requires professional judgment and background; also utilize technical or standard equipment during the course of projects.

Attend customer line trial application, gain field experience and communicate to solve customer problems.
EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor or above Degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Polymer or equivalent education

English level 4 or above, be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Hands-on experience in experiment design and its implementation

Data analysis and report edition

Develop project reports and findings

Strong customer services skills to work with internal and external customers

Provide technical support to customer line application

Possess problem solving skills in production problematic / detective batches and customer compliant; business trip and field support will be required
