DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex philosophies and Guiding Principles, Global Lean Six Sigma, 6S, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures. 理解,支持并践行Molex的理念与指导原则,包括全球精益六西格玛,6S,ISO 及环境/健康/安全(EH&S)管理体系等政策与流程。 2. Develop and support molding and overmolding solutions for NPI (New Product Introduction) for DSS cable products, utilizing a Scientific Molding thought process throughout.
为DSS线缆产品的新产品导入(NPI)开发并支持注塑和包覆成型解决方案,采用科学注塑方法论。 3. Estimates project costs and lead times for new molds, product extensions and revisions to existing molds. 评估新模具,产品扩展及现有模具修改的项目成本与周期。 4. Works with Product Engineer, and supports DPE to review and adapt product design for manufacturability.
Attends FMEA & DFM meetings and provides input as to process failures. Facilitates mold design review meetings with design engineers, and plant personnel. 与产品工程师协作,支持DPE优化产品可制造性;参与 FMEA 和 DFM 会议并提出工艺风险意见;组织模具设计评审会议并与设计工程师及工厂团队沟通。 5. Manage the design process, build and debug of injection molds / mold components / equipment on time and within budget.
管理注塑模具及相关组件/设备的设计,制造及调试,确保按时按预算完成。 6. Assist in development and growth of cable molding strategy and improvements for DSS products. 协助制定和推进 DSS 产品线缆包覆成型策略及其持续改善。 7. Identify and drive technology and process improvements to further grow DSS cable solutions capabilities.
识别并推动技术与工艺创新,以提升DSS线缆解决方案能力。 8. Assist and support DG production as needed, consistent with ability to perform primary duties. 根据业务需要协助支持东莞工厂生产。 9. Other tasks assigned per business needs 完成其他业务相关任务。 REQUIREMENTS: 1.
Recognized certification or higher in engineering or manufacturing. 工程或制造领域的认证或更高学历。 2.More than 5 years experience in large manufacturing plant or custom/captive molding company. 5年及以上大型制造工厂或定制/自有模具企业工作经验。 3.Good communication skills in English verbal, reading & written. 良好的英语口语,阅读及写作能力 4.Computer skills in Excel and other office programs.
熟练使用 Excel 及 Office 等软件。 5.Project management skills. 项目管理能力。 6.Verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. 能清晰表达复杂技术概念的沟通能力。 7.Confidence under pressure. 能在压力下保持自信。 8.2D & 3D CAD skills for modeling and documentation, Unigraphics / NX experience 熟练的 2D/3D CAD 建模与制图能力,具备 Unigraphics/NX 使用经验。 9.Problem solving and decision-making skills.
