以公司政策和要求为前提,承接区域RTM策略落地执行,通过渠道执行管控、销售数据分析赋能和区域运营支持工作,最终实现区域销售业绩增长、提升市场份额。
主要工作职责:
跟踪并推动区域BD销售业绩达成 协助BD销售主管提升经销商管理质量,推进经销商分级体系落地 协助BD销售主管优化渠道合作,提升门店链路活跃参与度,赋能运营精细化升级 跟踪并提升经销商与一线销售团队的人效产出 维护区域客户档案与代表布岗记录 开展销售数据分析,挖掘潜在业务机会
任职条件:

本科及以上学历
-
2年以上销售支持或相关领域的工作经验
-
熟悉销售流程和市场运作,具备数据分析能力
-
有RTM、经销商管理或渠道优化经验者优先

具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力和团队合作精神

良好的英语听说读写能力

熟练使用常用办公软件和数据分析工具
