Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Project planning & Execution
-
Lead and deliver assigned projects within Marketing, ensuring goals, deliverables, and timelines are met
-
Plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively, setting clear objectives, timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring milestones are met
-
Manage projects such as store openings and closures, omni-channel communication initiatives, and global test implementations
-
Validate briefs and project scopes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and expectations
-
Set, monitor, and report on project KPIs to demonstrate impact on customer value and commercial results

Oversee project budgets, review invoices, and ensure financial accountability
Cross Functional Collaboration
-
Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, motivating members to achieve shared outcomes

Collaborate closely with other functions to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively
-
Collaborate with global CRM & Loyalty team to align local activities with global guidelines
-
Be POC for Customer Service and Store teams to support them with day-to-day operations and issues
Stakeholder Management and Partnership

Source and manage external creative partners and agencies when required
-
Secure executional support on local loyalty program and rewards (including managing external partners) together with Commercial team and with Owned Media Lead

Manage contracts and collaboration processes with agencies to ensure high-quality project delivery

Coordinate with external vendors and internal partners to ensure seamless execution across customer-facing touchpoints

Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
Education
-
Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Skills
-
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in both digital and traditional channels

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
-
Analytical and results-driven, with experience using KPIs to track project impact
-
Fluent in English and local language(s)
Experience
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management within marketing or communications
-
Experience managing agencies and creative talent
