Responsible for identifying business opportunities within the market and concluding direct sales of Alfa Laval Heat Exchange within Organic Chemical industry in China.

To develop and maintain customers, search and collect project information in Organic Chemical industry (e.g., petrochemicals, coal chemical, bio-chemical, polymers, fine chemicals, specialty chemicals), understand the customer needs and provide solutions.

Define sales strategy, profit margin, market share increase with the manager.

Plan and execute high level customer meetings which strongly build up the relationship and motivate the customer.

To spot necessary sales agent/distributor and manage the channel.

Sell AL products via channel or directly to customer.

Coordinate with central technical team for international projects, product adaptation, engineering assistance.
Knowledge:
-
5+ years sales or application, technical support experience, specifically with Heat Exchangers in Organic Chemical industries

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering, Process Equipment and Machinery, or a related field.
