Qualification:
5+ Years Of Experience In Product Development, Preferably In Consumer Goods. Proven Experience Managing Full Product Lifecycles, Including Design, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, And Launch. Familiarity With Global Supply Chain Management And Overseas Production. Strong Knowledge Of Materials, Manufacturing Processes, And Product Design Tools (E.G., CAD, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent Project Management Skills With A Track Record Of Meeting Tight Deadlines. Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In Cross-Functional Teams.
