We Are Looking For
This role would have two stages of development. Stage 1 would need a strong data entry, order management , communication skill experience to start with as a sales administration , stage 2 would be developing to a technical sales engineering role to be responsible for developing and managing key aerospace customers, identifying new business opportunities, understanding customers’ technical and commercial requirements, and providing appropriate product and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering or technical educational background, good commercial awareness, and a strong interest in developing a career in aerospace tech sales. Candidates with experience in aerospace, aviation, industrial components, or B2B technical sales will be preferred.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Develop and maintain relationships with aerospace OEMs, MROs, airlines, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, and other aviation industry customers

Identify new business opportunities and support customer development across assigned accounts and territories
-
Understand customers’ technical requirements, including part numbers, specifications, applications, certification requirements, and delivery expectations

Manage customer RFQs and work closely with internal purchasing, product management, operations, quality, and finance teams to prepare competitive quotations
-
Provide appropriate product and supply chain solutions based on customer requirements, product availability, lead time, pricing, and commercial considerations
-
Support the development and execution of long-term agreements (LTAs), contract opportunities, and strategic customer programs
-
Follow up on quotations, open opportunities, customer forecasts, and sales pipelines to drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates
-
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical, quality, delivery, and commercial issues
-
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s aerospace product portfolio, including aerospace hardware, fasteners, electrical components, chemicals, consumables, and other related products

Monitor market trends, customer demand, competitor activities, and new aerospace programs to identify potential business opportunities
-
Conduct regular customer visits, technical discussions, business reviews, and presentations

Maintain accurate customer, quotation, opportunity, and sales activity records in the ERP/CRM system

Work closely with Finance and Operations to support AR collection, inventory management, delivery performance, and overall customer satisfaction

Travel domestically and internationally as required

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

Bachelor’s degree or above from a 985/211 university, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline

Approximately 2–5 years of working experience is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also welcomed

Strong technical learning capability with the ability to understand engineering specifications, drawings, part numbers, and product applications

Experience in aerospace, aviation, industrial components, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B technical sales is highly preferred

Strong commercial awareness and interest in developing a long-term career in sales and business development

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset

Self-motivated, proactive, result-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international business environment

Good cross-functional communication skills and ability to work effectively with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Quality, and Finance teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Fluent Mandarin and strong written and spoken English are required

Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and business development activities

Candidates with any of the following experience will be considered a plus:

Aerospace OEM, MRO, airline, or aerospace supply chain experience

Aerospace components distribution experience

Experience with aerospace hardware, fasteners, electrical components, chemicals, or consumables

Experience handling RFQs, quotations, LTAs, tenders, or key account projects

Familiarity with aerospace quality and compliance requirements such as AS9100, traceability, CoC, FAA/EASA-related documentation, or equivalent standards

Experience working in a multinational company or an English-speaking business environment
