What are we looking for
We are seeking an Application Support professional to provide L2/L3 support for SSIM investment applications across Client Reporting, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Portfolio Management domains. This role will focus on ensuring production stability, deal with major incidents, and supporting SSIM business users across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Incident Management

Provide L2/L3 support for investment management platforms

Attend the Major Incident calls
-
Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of production issues

Act as escalation point for high-severity incidents and ensure effective stakeholder communication
-
Monitor system health, batch processing, and data flows to ensure trading readiness

Support APAC users IT related requests
Process Improvement & Governance

Enhance monitoring, automation, and support processes

Contribute to BCP/DR readiness and operational risk mitigation
Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience in Application Support

Strong knowledge of Investment Management domain
-
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Strong SQL Skills

Familiarity with enterprise tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Autosys, monitoring platforms, Citrix)

Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage critical incidents

Excellent stakeholder communication, including senior business users

Proven ability to drive cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement

Strong organizational and prioritization skills
