The Thermal Ceramics division designs, manufactures and installs a broad range of thermal insulation products that significantly reduce energy consumption and emissions in a variety of high temperature processing applications. Responsibilities:
- 现有客户深耕: 负责家电(烤箱/厨电)、汽车(新能源/传统车企)、光伏等战略行业的现有客户维护(非从0开发),深挖老客户增量。
- 全生命周期管理: 主导重点客户的常规订单报价、合同执行、交付跟踪及应收账款催收。
- 技术与需求对接: 作为桥梁连接客户与技术部门,跟进前期项目验证(Pilot Run),持续追踪客户的新需求及新项目进展。
- 数据化管理: 定期输出销售预测、回款预测、拜访报告及CRM系统维护。
Qualifications:
资格要求
1. 学历专业: 统招本科及以上,必须为理工科背景(材料、化工、机械、热能等相关专业优先)。
2. 行业经验: 必须有 5年以上 B2B大客户销售/管理经验,材料相关行业优先(如耐火材料、保温材料、工业涂料、特种陶瓷材料、玻璃材料、碳素材料、复合材料等)。
3. 居住地:上海
