- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in media production, digital ad operations, creative agency operations, or performance media.
- 5 years of experience creating and presenting customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for executive audience.
- 5 years of experience in consumer and market insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently in order to support the clients in this region.

The YouTube Business Product Activation Team is responsible for bringing product to market and market to product. The team works closely with both business and product leaders to scale adoption of YouTube products across the partner and creator ecosystem.
The core capabilities of the team include: designing go-to-market strategies, identifying and prioritizing product activation opportunities across the business, ensuring launch readiness, defining and driving execution on product activation across segments, understanding needs of partners and creators to provide Product teams with market feedback and prioritization to shape product roadmaps, developing content strategy, collecting and synthesizing user feedback, and tracking performance.
As a Video and Creative Specialist, you are the bridge between Product and Sales and a SWAT team for YouTube+ Sales. Greater China LCS contributes 40% of APAC video business, and you demonstrate impact through your expertise in creative solutions, brand building, and creative thinking. You will enable YouTube+ growth via creative levers, build competition strength, and identify opportunities for both clients and Google.

Diagnose creative health opportunities across client media, including asset variety and ad quality.

Build and deliver data-driven pitches that demonstrate the value of creative optimization, driving advertisers to adopt best practices, and use creative product solutions.

Develop a deep understanding of our full suite of creative product solutions, including first-party ads tools in Google Ads and GMP, advanced content synthesis consumer applications, Cloud GenMedia, gTech offerings and third-party creative tech partners.

Drive the adoption of third-party creative technology partners across priority customers to establish long-term, sustainable creative habits. Identify priority customers for activation and match customers with priority partners to inform pitches based on customer creative advancement opportunities.

Monitor and track client-partner projects to ensure they remain on schedule, meet quality standards, and deliver on KPIs.
