Your role and responsibilities
Fulfillment Specialist 工作职责
1. 协调仓库和客户需求，保证运营顺畅。
A. 及时完成每天的PO/MRP.
B. 确保PO的预计和实际交货期更新及时，协助订舱.
C. 检查未交货清单确保每个订单顺利按时交付.
D. 及时处理收货破损和差异，跟进与供应商的理赔和结算，确保没有坏货锁在合同项下。
E. 协助计划部门实现库存计划。
2. 审核PO应付款项和其他物流费用，确保所申请的费用项目在合同范围内或取得审批支持。
3. 用BI制作和分析报告，及时发现和解决问题.
4. 参与供应商现场盘点和审计，可以根据业务需要出差。
5. 在其他团队成员休假时，提供业务支持。
6. 严格恪守政府，公司和海关的相关规定。
要求:
1. 大学本科，2年以上工作经验 (最好在国际贸易和进出口方面有经验)
2. 英语口语和听写流利 (CET-6以上)
3. 熟练运用office 软件，善于数据分析，熟练运用SAP&BI者优先。
4. 良好的沟通技巧和逻辑思维能力
5. 可以独立工作也善于团队合作，有强烈的责任感。
