Job Description

Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for facility and equipment, effectively support the operation.

Responsible for the coordination and handling of major anomalies and maintenance problems of facilities an equipment, summarize countermeasures and effective actions.

Responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of the water, electricity, gas, lighting and other related facilities.

Responsible for writing and updating facility related guidelines.
-
Responsible for special equipment management to meet the requirements of law.

Should to repair the equipments independently if necessary.
Qualifications
-
College or above, major in mechanical, automation or electrical engineering.

At least 1 years experience as Facility Engineer.
-
English can be the working language.
-
Proficient in using WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc.

Proficient in reading CAD drawings.
-
High and low voltage electrical operation certificate is preferred.
