- Lead continuous improvement projects to improve safety, quality, and cost performance through analysis and optimization of the production process.

Drive production process standardization to ensure process consistency and operational efficiency.

Review and update process and project-related documentation to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.

Provide process-related technical support to cross-functional teams.

- Master’s degree in Material Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
