Duties & Responsibilities
Manage full store operations or a specific functional area
Adapt and implement best-in-class practices into the Chinese retail model
Lead, train, and develop store teams to boost efficiency, performance, and compliance
Ensure product availability, operational excellence, and top-tier merchandising standards
Execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, retail tech, merchandising, and QA teams
️ Conduct frequent domestic travel to supervise stores, audit performance, and support regional teams

Bachelor’s degree or above
Proven experience in European grocery retail operations or supermarket management
