What would be your key responsibilities?
Brand Strategy Development
- Collect and analyze market and consumer dynamics, brand diagnostic data to define the strategic opportunity for the brand, and recommend brand strategy and plans accordingly
- Collect and analyze market and consumer dynamics, brand diagnostic data to define strategy, and plans for portfolio expansion
- Connect with cross-functional teams to support the creation of an integrated business plan that is supported by ongoing performance analysis and regular brand reviews, implement
Brand Innovation Strategy
- Work with global local teams to define the innovation strategy and develop and deliver a 5-year innovation pipeline
- Create, develop, and deploy effective initiatives to accelerate the penetration growth
- Post tracking analysis to timely fine-tune the current plan and feed to future innovation to fuel penetration growth
Brand Communication Media Strategy
- Work with global local teams to define brand proposition and communication strategy;
- Translate Brand Compass into brand campaigns and activities to consistently build the brand DMS creatively, and continuously build distinctive brand assets and penetration growth;
- Working closely with Media Managers and content managers:
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in MNC FMCG companies
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing
- Knowledge of the Chinese market (media, trade, consumer, etc.) or very strong evidence of high learning agility
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral
