Supply Chain & Sourcing Coordinator (Part-Time)

About Recover
Recover is a premium recovery equipment brand supplying cold plunges, infrared saunas and compression boots across Asia. We are looking for a highly organised Supply Chain & Sourcing Coordinator to own our supplier relationships, production, quality control and logistics.
This role is responsible for ensuring every product leaves the factory correctly, on time and to Recover’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day communication with all factories and suppliers.* Coordinate production schedules from order to shipment.* Ensure all Recover branding, logos and packaging are correct before production.* Complete pre-shipment quality control checks.* Verify every order before dispatch.* Coordinate freight forwarders and international shipping.* Track production, inventory and shipments.* Resolve manufacturing and logistics issues proactively.* Source new suppliers and products when required.* Negotiate pricing, lead times and payment terms.* Maintain accurate production and shipping records.* Develop and improve supply chain processes and SOPs.
Requirements
* Fluent in Mandarin and English.* Experience working with Chinese manufacturers.* Strong negotiation skills.* Excellent communication and organisation.* High attention to detail.* Experience with international shipping and freight forwarding.* Ability to visit factories when required.* Able to work independently and solve problems without supervision.

* Zero incorrect shipments.* Zero duplicate shipments.* 100% branding accuracy before production.* 100% pre-shipment QC completed.* 95%+ on-time production and shipping.* Weekly production and shipment report delivered on time.* Manufacturing issues resolved before affecting customers.* Continuous supplier cost savings and process improvements.
Employment
* Part-time (15–20 hours per week initially).* Based in China.* Opportunity to transition into a full-time Supply Chain & Product Manager as Recover grows.
This role exists to ensure Recover’s supply chain runs accurately and efficiently, with complete ownership from factory to customer delivery.
