Key accountabilities
- Assist manager in overseeing front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Resolve guest complaints and emergencies to maintain hotel reputation and guest experience
- Conduct departmental training and ensure compliance with hotel policies
- Maintain work logs, complete work handovers, and report incidents in a timely manner
General requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in hotel front office
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with good guest service awareness
- Excellent service attitude and team collaboration spirit
- Passion for luxury hotel industry with good ability to work under pressure
