Job Duties and Responsibilities
严格按照作业规范要求操作,及时并高质量的完成当班维修任务。
及时汇报当班发生的异常故障问题,对当班的故障问题进行总结。
按照设备的预防性和预见性维护保养计划实施具体保养工作,确保生产设备的正常运行。
根据要求、流程领用维修备件,并对备件的库存要有管控。
协助工程师建立设备维修记录,每日填写交接班记录,掌握设备故障的发生时间、原因,简易分析故障原因和制订改进措施,并实施于设备的预见性维护。
保护本岗位信息资产。
完成上级交办的其他任务。
Education and Qualifications
中专及以上学历,自动化、机电一体化专业,三年及以上相关工作经验;
有低压电工操作证,有机电一体化、机械/电气、电气/控制等证书者更佳;
为人正直、诚实,谦虚谨慎、勤奋好学、吃苦耐劳,动手能力强;有高度责任感和团队合作精神,乐于助人和经验分享;
对非标自动化电气控制原理有一定的了解,能看懂控制电气原理图,并可根据电气原理图排查电气故障;熟练使用万用表、摇表、手枪钻、打磨机等维修工具;
有烘干炉、流水线、机械传动机构、喂料整平放料机、机械式冲压机、液压式冲压机等设备的维修、维护经验;
能识别常用电子元器件(继电器、接触器、传感器等),了解变频器、伺服控制器等控制回路;有PLC程序(西门子、AB等)、触摸屏程序解读经验者优先;
会常用的办公软件,如EXCEL WORD 等。
