1. Responsible for Project engineering development budget, budget management, meet budget target of the project.
2. Responsible for engineering development schedule and delivery management: control and monitor the development progress of the project, identify and manage project risks, ensure to meet or exceed the objectives of project schedule.
3. Responsible for engineering development quality management, ensure DV pass finally, lead the crossover issue solving process, drive cross function team for issue solving and factory/production line issue support.
4. Responsible for Project engineering change evaluation and implementation: organize and implement project engineering changes.
5. Responsible for engineering team resource arrangement and coordination, including internal and external team coordination.
6. Responsible for project technical contact window for customer, arrange customer focus issues to be solved on time.
7. Responsible for company process improvement of project management area (EPG).
8. Support BU/TS team to win new business.
