- Conduct regular office tours to identify any issues that may impact operations, and report them for resolution. This includes M&E systems, office environment, and facility equipment.

Perform office supply inventory checks and maintain accurate records. Replenish supplies as needed, such as tea bags, coffee, and copy paper.

Provide visitor services, including reception support, hiring process assistance, and meeting room bookings.

Assist with administrative tasks such as document sharing, resignation procedures, and sending "pick up your mail" notifications.

Maintain and keep the facility internal database updated.

Provide any other assistance as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the Facilities team.
