Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of junior sales staff, ensuring daily sales operations run smoothly, and supporting the achievement of sales targets. This role provides coaching, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop pump services sales in south of China and achieve the sales target.
- Supervise daily activities of the sales team.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress toward goals.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and policies.
- Handle customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Track and report team performance.
Support implementation of sales initiatives.

Qualifications
- Typically a University degree and 5+ years of sales experience in pumps industry are minimally required.
- Good knowledge on pump technology and experience with pump service sales is preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer service supervision.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
