Job Responsibilities

Assist engineers in sorting various documents and materials, complete classified filing and online uploading.
协助工程师整理各类文档资料，完成文件分类归档与线上上传。

Take charge of storage and arrangement of product samples and core components, organize physical materials.
负责产品样品、核心零部件收纳摆放，规整实物物料。

Record and input parameters of components and product information, and establish statistical data ledgers.
录入登记零部件参数、产品信息，做好数据台账统计。

Cooperate with daily departmental auxiliary work and finish temporary assigned tasks.
配合完成部门日常辅助工作，服从安排完成临时事务。
Job Requirements

Current intern students, majors related to engineering preferred; available for over 3 working days per week with internship duration of more than 3 consecutive months.
在校实习生，工科相关专业优先，每周实习 3 天以上，能够连续实习 3 个月以上。

Proficient in Office software with basic document processing capabilities.
熟练使用 Office 办公软件，具备基础文档处理能力。

Careful and rigorous in work, well-organized and highly executable.

Self-motivated and eager to learn, hard-working with good communication and teamwork spirit.
