The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Your new responsibilities

During the new product introduction (NPI) phase in R&D, assist engineers in completing the acceptance, operation, and process documentation for new equipment and new processes related to Laser Mark (LM), Sawing, and Trim Form.

Assist engineers in updating process documents and establishing process documentation for new products.

Support engineers in data collection and organization during process and product development.

Perform machine operation for LM, Sawing, and Trim Form processes during trial runs of new products, and handle on-line process and equipment issues.

After completion of equipment and process validation, transfer to production department, including developing operation procedures and training OPs and Technicians.

Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
What we look for
- Associate degree or above.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Familiar with Sawing and Trim Form processes, and knowledgeable about Disco equipment.
- Experience with Laser Mark process and equipment is a strong plus.
- English reading and writing ability; CET-4 certified is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for daily reporting and summary.
- Able to work in shifts is preferred.
