Job Title: Business Planning Manager

Join our Perfumery team and lead business planning across an integrated supply chain supporting our manufacturing operations in China. You will connect customer demand with production planning, material availability, inventory, quality, and logistics. This role offers the opportunity to improve service, cost, and cash performance while building effective partnerships across local and regional teams. Your leadership will help create a responsive, reliable, and continuously improving supply chain.
Your key responsibilities

Lead business planning for the modular factory, balancing customer demand, production capacity, materials, inventory, service, cost, and cash.

Define appropriate supply strategies and coordinate execution across Commercial, Customer Care, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Procurement teams.

Lead supply reviews and support sales and operations planning, new product introductions, product discontinuations, and finished goods inventory management.

Improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by identifying priorities, resolving supply issues, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with regional Planning and Customer Care teams to strengthen collaboration, improve fulfilment, and create value for customers.

Maintain planning data accuracy in SAP and work with logistics and trade teams to improve product and material flows.

You Bring
-
At least seven years of relevant experience in supply chain, production planning, business planning, or a related area.

At least four years of experience leading people, teams, projects, or cross-functional supply chain activities.

Demonstrated experience coordinating planning, manufacturing, inventory, customer service, quality, and logistics priorities.

The ability to analyse information, make balanced decisions, and translate business needs into clear supply plans.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with confidence working across functions, locations, and remote teams.

Business awareness, accountability, curiosity, and an interest in using technology and continuous improvement to achieve better outcomes.
