We are looking for innovative video experts to be at the forefront of shaping our Retail content on digital platforms in China, turning concepts & ideas into tangible realities and exploring new technologies to create remarkable experiences for our customers and teams.
This role will work directly with the core creative team and closely with the entire xf team in to create content across the region.

Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience building social content & campaigns with motion design as a core discipline.
Portfolio demonstrating expertise in design & animation principles, typography, and visual communication, across 2D and 3D work.
Industry experience as a lead designer or art director, overseeing the creative development process from concept to final production.
Proven ability to develop original motion concepts and prototype them hands-on, balancing strategic thinking and high-level craft.
Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling work that resonates with audiences
