Our Team
You will join the Global Operational Excellence team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to implement innovative AI solutions.
What You Will Do
- Create natural language interfaces to analytics solutions, enabling interaction with complex operational data
- Leverage generative AI techniques to accurately identify and analyze production and maintenance information beyond simple keyword matching.
- Build diagnostic and prescriptive analytics that interpret production alerts, fault codes, and sensor data to recommend actions that reduce downtime, scrap, and throughput losses.
- Work with a cross-functional team to obtain and prepare necessary data to build and deploy analytics solutions
- Collaborate with manufacturing SMEs as the expert in applied machine learning and generative AI techniques
- Follow development best practices while developing solutions
- Partner across the business to pioneer forward-thinking AI applications and prioritize solutions driving real value
- Present ideas and solutions clearly to teammates and stakeholders
- Focus on driving business value creation through solution development and deployment
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Required: Technical skills
o Bachelor's or higher degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
o 2+ years of experience building and deploying scalable ML / AI solutions
o Proven experience developing LLM-based solutions and/or Agentic workflows
o 2+ years of hands-on programming experience in Python, working with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy, and Streamlit, in addition to proficiency in SQL
o 2+ years of experience with Git
o CET-4 or above, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to communicate requirements smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
o Ability to work effectively with incomplete, noisy, or evolving manufacturing and operations data
o Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and written communication skills
o 2+ years of manufacturing industry experience analyzing data sets and applying machine learning to improve decision making to solve industrial problems
o Experience in C#,Angular is a plus
o Speaking Chinese is a plus
What Will Put You Ahead
- 2+ years' experience developing generative AI systems
- Experience with cloud computing infrastructures and technologies, such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying containerized applications
- Ideally, the engineer would have a background in generative AI, RAG, or GraphRAG.
