业务分析与洞察
· 掌握重点医院和重点客户潜力、了解重点客户诊疗观念和行为等,基于地区整体业务洞察,确定业务增长机会和挑战;
· 明确地区目标,和团队共识,排序增长机会,根据产品策略和地区特点定制跨省推广策略;
重点客户管理
· 与 KOL 的建立良好合作,并与市场部、医学部、医院准入、商务团队等保持密切合作;
· 针对 KOL 群体,建设地区内多层次的专家梯队、学术平台和互动影响圈,并追踪管理;
· 协同 KOL 共同搭建全国 / 省级疾病诊疗中心,借助学术平台实现省级 / 区域疾病诊疗协作
· 制定重点医院管理行动计划,通过高质量的执行项目,覆盖重点客户,使得产品最大化在市场的声音,提升市场份额;
· 驱动跨部门高效合作,共同制定准入方案和行动计划;
团队管理
· 带领团队成员专业化、学术推广与拜访;
· 辅导代表实施重点医院管理计划,提高重点客户管理能力;
· 带领团队高效地组织和执行市场活动及项目;
· 了解并诊断团队现状,识别人才,规划梯队;
· 激励团队,凝聚人心;鼓励成员互助;
· 所有日常工作行为,活动项目将严格遵守公司合规的政策并监督管理下属严格执行;
