About the Role
We have signed clients. We have active mandates. We have placement fees waiting to be collected. What we need is a recruiter who can find the right candidates and close these positions.
We're hiring a Delivery Recruiter to work alongside our founding team and focus on what matters most: sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for live roles. You will not need to find clients — we handle all business development and client relationships. Your job is to take a brief, build a pipeline, and deliver candidates that get hired.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who loves the hunt, is great with candidates, and wants to focus purely on delivery without the pressure of sales or BD. If you have crypto or AI recruitment experience and can move fast, the earning potential here is real and immediate.
What You'll Do
- Receive active job mandates with full client briefs — no BD or cold outreach required
- Source and headhunt candidates for live crypto, Web3, and AI roles across multiple geographies (LATAM, Europe, APAC, Middle East, North America)
- Screen candidates through structured calls, evaluate fit against role requirements, and write compelling candidate submissions
- Manage candidate pipelines end-to-end: outreach, screening, interview prep, debrief, offer negotiation, and closing
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and client hiring teams
- Build and maintain a network of crypto-native and AI talent across functions
- Use RecruiterFlow ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage workflows and track pipeline progress
- Provide candidate market intelligence — who's available, what compensation looks like, where talent is concentrated
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Previous experience at a recruitment agency — you understand agency pace, KPIs, and how placements work
- Direct experience recruiting for crypto, blockchain, Web3, or AI companies — you have placed candidates in this space before
- Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find crypto and AI talent beyond LinkedIn (Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord, crypto events, referral networks, GitHub)
- Full-cycle candidate management: from first outreach through to signed offer
- Ability to screen effectively — you can tell the difference between a growth lead and a community manager, or between an AML officer and a compliance director
- Proven closing ability — you don't just fill pipelines, you get people hired
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, fast-moving, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Strong Plus:
- Existing network of crypto or AI professionals you can tap into immediately
- Experience recruiting across multiple regions and geographies
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (RecruiterFlow, Lever, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, etc.)
- Understanding of crypto compensation structures (token packages, USDT-denominated salaries, vesting schedules, etc.)
- Mandarin or other language skills in addition to English
