Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Revenue Optimization,the Reservations Manager is responsible of the supervision of all activities pertaining to the Reservation Department in order to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profits.

To review task process and staff productivity to ensure that work standards are consistently met.

To ensure that all official correspondence is filed properly.

To guide and supervise reservation agents in the daily tasks to ensure a consistently high quality of work.
指导和监督预订员的日常工作,确保始终如一的高质量工作。
To handle special projects delegated by the Director of Revenue Optimization.
处理收入优化总监委派的特别项目。
To manage periodic team roster and keep a check on the team attendance.

Responsible for the management of Reservation Department of 3 hotels in Shenzhen Area.

We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下能力
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel.
至少 2 年 五星级酒店相同职位工作经验。
Knowledge in Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Events Management, Communications and Reservations functions.
熟悉市场销售、收益管理、宴会管理、市场传讯和预订职能。
Strong leadership & organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
具有很强的领导力和组织能力,能够同时处理多项任务。
A leader with the ability, to coach, train and develop others.
具有指导、培训和培养他人能力的领导者。
