Key responsibilities in your new role
Technical Support, Market Intelligence & Automotive Application Insight
-
Develop profound expertise in automotive-grade MCU cores, peripherals, software stacks, functional safety and vehicle-level reliability. Master powertrain and chassis system architectures to precisely align MCU capabilities with real vehicle application requirements.

Serve as the Technical Champion in specialized fields such as embedded AI and virtualization for powertrain & chassis scenarios. Integrate product features with industry trends to deliver strong technical justification for business expansion and customer design wins.

Own end-to-end technical support for OEM and Tier1 projects, including requirement analysis, device selection, schematic/PCB review, AUTOSAR adaptation, closed-loop failure diagnosis for bench and vehicle tests, and customer guidance on functional safety & cybersecurity compliance.

Execute competitor benchmarking, deliver systematic technical solutions, conduct customer technical presentations, and enable internal teams to upgrade technical capabilities.

Collect frontline architecture iteration requirements of powertrain and chassis systems, feed back actionable insights to product roadmap, and cooperate with industrial ecosystems to build integrated ECU system solutions.

Complete at least three different assignments, including one international assignment

Work on challenging topics in international project teams across functions and departments

Build strong global relationships and form a network across sites through regular IGP meetings and conferences

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Education, Experience & Technical Skills
-
Fresh Master’s graduates OR professionals with a Master’s degree and less than 3 years of working experience, major in Automotive Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
-
Solid understanding of automotive semiconductor devices (e.g. Microcontroller) and their application in automotive systems
-
Familiar with major automotive MCU architecture, like Tricore/ARM Cortex R52/RH850 and so on
-
Familiar with MCU peripherals widely used in Automotive application, like ADC/GTM/CAN/LIN/SPI/Ethernet and so on
-
Basic experience in system-level evaluation, lab testing, or data analysis is a plus
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex technical data into clear insights
-
System development experience of traction inverter/OBC-DCDC/BMS automotive application
Language & Soft Skills

Business-fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)

Solution-oriented, self-driven, and curious about the intersection of technology and market dynamics

Good team player with an open mindset, willing and able to thrive in diverse, cross-cultural teams

Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring technical narratives for different audiences (technical vs. business)
